This was a one-of-a-kind on the Pennsylvania Railroad. We are fortunate to have access to the work of the late Rich Melin who was also one-of-a-kind an avid collector of car data as well as a very good modeler. His skills are missed in the model railroad field. He was also a friend.
This model also appeared as a DIY article in the ancient model railroad press.
