During the steam age a flat car could carry anything worth hauling, the carbuilders turned out an interesting range of specialty heavy duty flat cars. A heavy flat car load such as steam boiler,industrial machine or transformers may add interest. Heavy planks and chains would be used to tie down such a load. Install your favorite couplers and run a local down to the local industrial district to complete “making the scene".

This is the lowest priced kit we produce. It's simple - goes together quickly with ACC cement. Paint the simulated wood deck and then black for the car. Decals are included.
